Si va dal Diritto dei contratti e dei consumatori fino a tematiche di Diritto Commerciale & Societario e, più nello specifico, di Diritto Bancario e dei Mercati Finanziari (materie a me molto care essendo animato da una grande passione per esse). In fondo sono un Avvocato civilista che svolge la propria attività in favore di persone fisiche e società; è dunque naturale che questo Legal Blog rifletta sostanzialmente l'attività che quotidianamente svolgo fuori e dentro le aule dei Tribunali. Il poco fantasioso titolo è giustificato dal fatto che è sotto gli occhi di tutti la circostanza per cui, nella today's society, the law is driven "out of business. It is sometimes said that we lawyers have "the hair on my stomach," or that "we see the sorts of things" Well, being that (in part) I'd also true that this blog, in his small, play a SERVICE THE CITIZEN. .... Dunque, sarà più che mai apprezzato, da parte di Società or entities that are deemed "critical" in their activities, act officially on this space to point out, refine and clarify their positions. Given that this instrument, apart from a few "pioneers" who already use it anywhere, is almost unknown among the Italian lawyers and given the purpose that I intend to accomplish with these pages, my answer is an emphatic and enthusiastic YES!
