It all started when I was little, I realized in recent days, many memories resurface as a flash to mind,

the problem is beginning was tense because the did not understand what was happening and this has contributed to a series of events and symptoms (which I have found some sites through online search looking for "psycho-physical symptoms of the ascent of kundalini) over short time,
