Nesquik Muffins and Bayles
INGREDIENTS 12 large muffins
In another bowl beat eggs with a fork, add, l’olio, il latte, il liquore e mescolare per rendere il tutto omogeneo.
Unire i liquidi nella ciotola con gli ingredienti secchi e mescolare velocemente con un cucchiaio di legno quel tanto che basta ad amalgamare il tutto.
Trasferire il composto in pirottini da muffins e cuocere in forno caldo a 200°C per i primi 10 minuti, poi abbassare la temperatura a 180°C e proseguire la cottura per altri 10 minuti circa (fare la prova stecchino).
Buon week end a tutti.
Io credo proprio che mi divertirò un mondo al corso bolognese del Nanni :)
- 160g flour 00
- 100g Nesquik
- 15g cocoa
- 75gr sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50g milk
- 50gr Bayles
- 75 grams of oil
- 60g chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
